Southern Nest, one of our sponsors, was featured on ‘The Today Show’! I stumbled onto Southern Nest & Courtney’s monograms a few years ago while on etsy and promptly pursued her to partner with Nesting Place. We figured out we lived a few neighborhoods away from each other, I used Courtney’s work in our home and since then Courtney has been able to quit her job and pursue her art full time! She credits Nesting Place for helping her get her business off the ground. We are so excited for you Courtney!!!

Ann Voskamp’s Simple, Upside-Down Christmas

dreamhouseThe latest HomeFries: The Art of Simple podcast featuring me and my sister chatting & laughing A LOT with Tsh! Advance apologies for the ridiculousness of it all.

  1. Hey Gorgeous,

THANK YOU for including my post in your weekend links!! It was so much fun to write because it was so much fun to DO. And because so much I thought was wrong…I HAD to write it :).

Love to you and yours :).

  2. Congrats to Courtney! How exciting! I was just thinking Courtney’s monogram would be perfect on our front door :)
Merry Christmas to you and yours, Myquillyn!

  3. Oh, I just loved your podcast with Emily and Tsh. Its JUST the sort of random, easy going, silly conversation I needed ringing in my head this Saturday morning as i cleaned up the kitchen and wrapped presents. DO NOT ever apologize for the laughter and silliness you share, Anne Voskamp reminds us in “The Greatest Gift” that “laughter is His gift- oxygenated grace.” And I loved hearing it and laughing along with you guys. Im so happy to have found both you and your sister and all the inspiration you both bring! I am reading “A Million Little Ways” now and can’t wait for yours, Myquillin, in April! Merry Christmas!!!

  4. I loved the podcast. It is always refreshing to hear your voice, literally and figuratively. Finding your blog this year has really brought peace to my heart and home. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

  5. I bet that hanging wreath would work real well coming from a chandler or pendent light.
