I don’t think I’ve ever shown this one. It’s nothing all that amazing but the fabric was a couple of dollars a yard and I just hot glued pom pom fringe to the bottom. I pleated the top with a simple fold and used the famous upholstery tacks to hold it. Yeah, I know I’m so fancy with my pleats. We have 2 windows in this room and they were done for about $4 each.
