The
Nest
Fest

Cancelled for 2021

Come On Over

One of the dreams we had when we moved out to this property in Midland, NC involved banjo music, food trucks, a white barn full of comfy seats and lots of amazing, talented creative vendors with handmade, vintage, and lovely things for your home and life.

And this dream finally came true in 2016 with our very first annual NEST FEST. This is how we (our family and ALL of our friends) offer hospitality to you, the Nesting Place community. It’s imperfect, inspiring and warm and welcoming.

Come join us!

Joins Us

If you love beautiful handmade, and soul-filled vintage items for your home and life, I promise, you will LOVE The Nest Fest.

Every year we have over 50 vendors, 10 authors, 4 bands, food trucks and 1000 shoppers!

“…I’ve participated in a good number of markets and none quite had that special quality yours did. From the moment I arrive and needed help with my tent to the very end of the market, neighboring vendors, customers and your helping friends and family made me feel welcome and lent a hand where they could”

We would love to have you join us for our annual Nest Fest.

I’m so thrilled to get to connect with my favorite people in the world: makers, pickers, curators, farmers, foodies, musicians and artists of all sorts.

If you are new around here, here’s a little about our barn, my first book and the and some of the media coverage from years past in the Charlotte Observer and Charlotte Agenda.
