Everyone seems to be talking about oils and dabbing them on their loved ones, putting them in their soups and using them for ailments. What in the world?!
I wanted to get to the bottom of all the oily frenzy so I asked one of the smartest people I know, my friend and author Edie Wadsworth (who happens to be a medical doctor) to answer all my questions.
Over the years Edie has proven herself to be a trusted friend, I’ve learned how to create a layered and storied home from her, I make her grannie’s fudge every Christmas and the girl knows how to pair patterns that will make you drool. She also LOVES her some oils.
Edie came down to my house in North Carolina from her house in Tennessee so we could record our conversation between me–the Doubter and her, the Doctor and hopefully answer any questions that you have.
