Today I’m joining in a Cozy Fall Home Tour, welcome, especially if you are new here, visiting from My Vintage Porch.

My home changes a tiny bit every week, especially during fall– based on what’s blooming or turning color in the yard and how I’m feeling.

Mostly I just change up greenery, pillows and throws and pull things to the forefront that feel right for the season.

Surprisingly, for the past few weeks, that means I’ve got some leftover touches of pink hanging out with some rustic oranges.

That feels about right.

My sofa looked like this above a few weeks ago–with vibrant colors and a touch of butternut.

I’m slowly toning it down to neutrals. I’m guessing that pink pillow only has a week or two left until I change out the pillow cover for something more rustic or neutral.

The kitchen always stays pretty neutral.

My gift to myself is not putting a bunch of pretty decorative decor on the island. As much as I love pretty things, I’m learning the value of having some margin in the form of cleared of surfaces in my life.

My husband’s a bourbon collector, and empty bottles make great vases for fall weeds.

Thanks for stopping in at my Cozy Minimalist home.

Be sure to visit the next stop at Twelve on Main…
