stars backdrop

I’m in love with this chalkboard star background, you can use the black kraft paper (that we like to use to wrap gifts) draw the stars on a chalkboard that you have or use the table runner from target like Jenny did.

books of 2014I have a special page of Books of 2014. It’s books that I can’t get out of my head, books I read every year, favorite books I read this year, books for the creative. Not books that necessarily came out in 2014 but books that changed me in 2014.

My favorite way to score fun and cool looking books is going to Goodwill. They have a huge selection and each is for about a dollar. I have gotten a great collection of vintage books for my kids that way. Happy holidays!
