After talking about blogging and balance last week with four other bloggers, I thought I’d share a few online resources that I’ve found helpful, motivating, encouraging, and well worth the money {ok some of them are free, whatevs they could totally charge if they wanted to}.  Most of these resources can be used by anyone, a few are geared just for bloggers.  So many of you emailed asking for specific, hands on ideas, I thought I’d point you to who I turn to for help with things like my daily chores, simplifying, what I wear, motivation and risk taking, and of course blogging.  It’s kind of a hodge podge but they all have a similar thread: doing something on purpose with intention.

7. 31 Days to Build a Better Blog

8. ProBlogger’s Guide to Your First Week of Blogging

9. Blogging For Your Business

By Darren Rowse @ ProBlogger and various trusted contributors.  Years ago I bought ProBlogger’s printed book and read it through a few times {there are updated versions now} I’ve learned so much from both the books and the ProBlogger website.  When Darren came out with 31 Days to Build a Better Blog I signed up to get the emails before it was an ebook.  And that eBook was what spurred me to do the 31 Days of Change Series I’ve done in October for the past 3 years {that over 700 of you joined in this year as well!}.  ProBlogger is the gold standard in learning about how to take your blog to the next businessy level. If you can’t attend a blogging conference, ProBlogger’s books are the next best thing. Click here to visit ProBlogger and read more about his eBooks.

And if you are wondering….

my topic and posts from 2011’s 31 Days of Change

Do you recognize a few of these eBook titles from our 31 Day of Change this past October?  Gary and Hayley both took their work and edited it, added to it and created an ebook from their series–maybe you should think about doing that too?  And it’s never too early to start thinking about what your topic will be for this year’s 31 Days of Change.  Won’t you join us?
