  14. I love the trick to the picture layout. As anyone knows hanging pictures is tough especially over a static fixture. I have used this trick and my Autocad Drafting program to do this kind of thing too. I LOVE the idea though…anyone can do it if they have a pencil and large paper.

    I am new to this blog..but LOVE the tips, tricks etc. As an Interior Designer I am always looking for new and exciting things to add to my skill set and your blog always has the best tips!!! Thanks!

  15. crazy, I have that bottom piece. Two of them in fact in different sizes. Found them while thrifting this summer but haven’t really done anything with mine yet besides use one as a tree stand for a small tabletop Christmas tree. Kelly
