Last night I was watching whatever channel that is that Jon and Kate plus 8 comes on. Have you seen it? It’s a show where they show the daily life of Jon (not John) and Kate and their 2 twin 6 year olds and their 6 sextuplet 2 year olds. Needless to say it makes my life look like a coma.

Well, I had witnessed one other time where Kate did the unthinkable. Low and behold, this show was a recap of all year and she did it again. What was this unimaginable act of which I speak?

She showed her stomach. She showed her stomach that carried 6 babies at one time. She showed her stomach that carried 6 babies at one time and then flopped back never to return to it’s recognizable state again. (without surgery that is)

You know what happened to me after she showed me, I mean us, the most weird looking wrinkly, butt resembling tummy I have ever seen? I loved her. I loved her so much. My devotion to her skyrocketed. Don’t you ever say anything bad about that woman, I will instantly defend her. Isn’t that funny how when someone shares a weakness or fault or reveals them self to be less than perfect we humans automatically relate?

My sister did it today too. She showed a photo of her 7 month tummy great with twins. While in a hospital gown. Without makeup and I’m guessing, no shower. Don’t you just love her? Don’t you just want to be her BFF? Well, I am.

If it’s perfect, it’s just not beautiful.
